About Ken Heare

Ken has been a Realtor® in Cache Valley since 2015. In 2016 he received the Cache-Rich Association of Realtors, Rookie of the Year award & was recently elected to serve as a Director of the Cache Valley Association of Realtors®.

In addition to his involvement with professional organizations, Ken has served as a board member for local non-profit organizations and takes an active role in civic activities and fundraising events to benefit the community.

Prior to joining the team at Youngblood Real Estate, Ken spent almost a decade traveling the world as a Flight Attendant for international charter air-carriers, he was a licensed Real Estate agent in Phoenix, Arizona and spent time in South Africa prior to settling down in Logan. He finds work life balance to be the key to a successful business, so when he isn’t knee deep in a transaction, you’ll find him working in the yard, tackling a home improvement project, or planning a trip to keep his appetite for adventure fed. Sure, he likes to have fun, but he knows when to buckle down and get serious.

Ken received a Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University in 2005 & a Master's Degree in Mediation & Conflict Studies from Woodbury College in 2008. Ken has an extensive background in contract negotiations, mediation and collaborative problem solving. When it’s time to get down to the nitty-gritty in a real estate transaction, Ken is a great person to have in your corner.

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.
